Beat the List 5

This pack contains another set of five lists, plus details of six different suggestions on how you can use them in your quizzes.

An example of a list is "Any of the 21 countries whose name, at the time they competed, began with a vowel and who have appeared at a FIFA World Cup finals tournament from the first edition in 1930 through to the 2026 tournament".

One suggestion for using a list in your quiz is to read out the instructions, then ask each team, one at a time, to name an item on the list. If they give an answer that isn't on the list or can't give an answer in a set amount of time, they are knocked out of the round. This is repeated until only one team remains. 

Another involves asking teams to write down items that they think are on the list, scoring one point for each answer that is, but losing one point for any answer that isn't.
