New for 2024, this complete pub quiz pack has been specially compiled with a Christmas theme throughout, so is particularly suitable for quizzes run during the festive season. It features eight rounds as follows...

Round 1: Christmas Picture Puzzles
A handout round featuring 15 pictures for teams to decipher and come up with Christmas-related words and phrases.

Round 2: Christmas TV
Ten questions on Christmas TV, such as "In the last ever episode of Gavin and Stacey, which was broadcast on Christmas Day in 2024, what is the first name of the character that Smithy leaves at the altar before marrying Nessa?"

Round 3: Connections
Nine questions on General Knowledge, plus a final question asking for a Christmas-themed connection between the previous nine answers.

Round 4: Initial Letter Link
Ten Christmas-themed questions, where the answer to the final question can be spelt out by rearranging the first letters of the first nine answers.

Round 5: Mary and Joseph
Ten General Knowledge questions themed around the names Mary and Joseph, such as "Which alcoholic spirit is an ingredient of a Bloody Mary cocktail?"

Round 6: High Five
Two Christmas-themed questions, each asking for five answers, and where each individual answer is worth one point.

Round 7: Board Games
Ten questions on the subject of board games, such as "Sharing its name with a long-running TV show, what, in 1973, became the first board game to be named Toy of the Year by the British Association of Toy Retailers?"

Round 8: Christmas Mix
Ten Christmas-themed questions, where we recommend adding a gambling element, such as "two points for a correct answer, but teams can leave answers blank as minus two points are awarded for each wrong answer".

This pub quiz pack is made up of six separate PDF files as follows...

First of all, there is a two-page answer sheet that you can print out and hand out to each team at the start of the quiz for them to write their answers on as you read out questions. 

Secondly, there is the picture round. Again, you can print this out and hand it out to teams at the start of your quiz for them to work on straight away, and carry on working on throughout the quiz and during any breaks you have.

Next, there is a six-page document with all the questions for you to read out, along with all the answers to these and the answers to the handout round. This also features two tie-break questions to be used at the end of your quiz if two or more teams end up with the same score, along with a set of substitute questions to help you tailor the difficulty level of your quiz.

There is also another version of this six-page document, but where all of the answers have been removed. This may not be needed, but is included in case the quizmaster would like to take part in the quiz too.

Finally, there is a quizmaster's scoresheet to help keep track of teams' scores.
