This complete pub quiz pack is made up of eight high-quality rounds as follows...

Round 1: Handout Round - 2024 in Film
This handout round is split into three sections themed around the world of film in 2024. The first features five picture clues alluding to the titles of films released in 2024 and the aim for teams is to name the films. The second feature five taglines used to advertise films released in 2024 and the aim is to name the films. The final section features photos of five famous people who died in 2024 and the aim for teams is to identify them

Round 2: General Subject - Music
Ten questions on Music.

Round 3: Connections
Nine questions on General Knowledge, plus a final question asking for a connection between the previous nine answers.

Round 4: Specialist Subject - Words of the Year
Ten questions themed around word that dictionaries have chosen as their "word of the year" in various years.

Round 5: Initial Letter Link
Ten questions on General Knowledge, where the answer to the final question can be spelled by rearranging the first letters of the first nine answers.

Round 6: General Subject - Sport and Games
Ten questions on Science and Nature.

Round 7: Top Ten - EU Capitals
A single question on the subject of capital cities in the European Union, asking for ten individual answers, and where each individual answer is worth one point.

Round 8: Themed Round - Lanes
Ten General Knowledge questions themed around the word "lane". 

The pub quiz pack is made up of six separate files as follows...

First of all, there is a two-page answer sheet that you can print out and hand out to each team at the start of the quiz for them to write their answers on as you read out questions. This also features a round-by-round scoresheet to make it easy to see how each team has performed after all the answers have been marked at the end of the quiz.

Secondly, there is the handout round. Again you can can print this out and hand it out to teams at the start of your quiz for them to work on straight away, and carry on working on throughout the quiz and during any breaks you have.

Next, there is a six-page document with all of the questions in rounds two to eight for you to read out, along with all the answers to these and the answers to the handout round. This also features two tie-break questions to be used at the end of your quiz if two or more teams end up with the same score, along with some substitute questions to help you tailor the difficulty level of your quiz.

There is also another version of this six-page document, but where all of the answers have been removed. This may not be needed, but is included in case the quizmaster would like to take part in the quiz too.

Next, there is a four-page document with instructions and advice on how to run a great quiz.

Finally, there is a quizmaster's scoresheet to help keep track of teams' scores.
