Common Titles - Songs and TV Shows

This pub quiz handout round lists 15 clues, each made up of a musical act and year and a TV genre and year. The aim is to give the common title of both a song that was a hit single for the act in the first year and a TV series of the given genre that was first broadcast in the second year. For example, the correct answer to the clue "Ed Sheeran (2011) / Action-Adventure (1983)" is The A-Team.

While the information in this round could be used to make up standard question and answer rounds (where the quiz-master asks questions aloud and the teams write the answers on blank answer sheets) it is recommended that this is used in a quiz as a handout round as it is likely to keep people occupied and entertained for a reasonable length of time.
