Real Names - Comedians

This quiz round features a list of 10 famous comedians (Eric Morecambe, Vic Reeves, etc), a list of their real names in a mixed order,  and a list of facts about the comedians (eg. "Hosted the short lived quiz shows Gibberish and Brainstorm") also in a mixed order. The aim of the round is to match up the correct names and facts to the correct comedians.

The facts here were carefully chosen so that most are unlikely to be obvious to which comedian they belong, but that it is obvious that there are a few comedians on the list that they are very unlikely to belong to. This means that as well as testing people's knowledge on this subject, it will also test their powers of deduction as they try to to match each fact with the correct comedian. For the real names of the comedians, there should be a few which people know, but it is likely that some teams will have to rely on guesswork to complete the round.

While the information in this round could be used to make up standard question and answer rounds (where the quiz-master asks questions aloud and the teams write the answers on blank answer sheets) it is recommended that this is used in a quiz as a handout round as it is likely to keep people occupied and entertained for a reasonable length of time.
