This is a special Christmas-themed edition in our popular series of "Our Survey Said" handout rounds. It is based on a genuine survey we carried out in which we asked 100 people to name five things, including a song with “Santa Claus” or “Santa” in its title, an ingredient you might use to make mulled wine, other than wine, and a character or role in a nativity play. The aim for teams in your quiz is to come up with as many as possible of the five most popular answers for each question.

As this round isn't based on fact like most question and answer rounds are, it should introduce a bit of randomness to your quiz, so may help if you find that the same few teams are always winning your quizzes.

The information in this round could be used to make up standard question and answer rounds (where the quiz-master asks questions aloud and the teams write the answers on blank answer sheets), but it is also presented so that it can also be used as a handout round.
