Merged Film Titles

This pub quiz handout round lists 15 film summaries, but with a character (or characters) from another film mentioned in each summary, and where one film has a title that ends with the word that the other film’s title starts with. The aim is to merge these titles. For example, the correct answer to "The survival story of George Bailey and a tiger on a boat in the open sea" is "It's A Wonderful Life Of Pi", as the summary refers to the film "Life Of Pi", but mentions the name of a character from the film It's A Wonderful Life.

While the information in this round could be used to make up standard question and answer rounds (where the quiz-master asks questions aloud and the teams write the answers on blank answer sheets) it is recommended that this is used in a quiz as a handout round as it is likely to keep people occupied and entertained for a reasonable length of time.
