Missing Letters - American States

This pub quiz handout round features the names of 20 American states, but all spaces and all letters from the word "America" have been removed. The aim for teams in your quiz is to expand on these to give the full names of the states. For example, the correct answer to "hgn" is "Michigan".

This is a fairly straightforward quiz round that teams should be able to get up and running on quickly, and given a reasonable amount of time, should be able to score highly on, however, there are a few states that may take a fair bit of puzzling over before teams arrive at the correct answer.
