This pub quiz handout round features the initials of 15 footballers who have been recognised as one of the top three footballers in the world according to the FIFA Ballon d’Or award or it’s predecessor, the FIFA World Player of the Year, which began in 1991. The aim is to expand on these to give the full names of the players. For example, the correct answer to J.K. is Jürgen Klinsmann.

The information in this round could be used to make up standard question and answer rounds (where the quiz-master asks questions aloud and the teams write the answers on blank answer sheets), but it is presented so that it can also be used as a handout round.
