Another in our series of "Our Survey Said" rounds, this pub quiz handout round is based on a genuine survey we carried out in 2026, in which we asked 100 people to name five things. These include an occupation where you might wear a mask, a film based on a novel by Stephen King, and a gemstone other than diamond. For each question, the aim is to come up with as many as possible of the five most popular answers.

As this round isn't based on fact like most question-and-answer rounds are, it should introduce a bit of randomness to your quiz, so may help if you have the problem of the same few teams always winning your quizzes.

The information in this round could be used to make up standard question-and-answer rounds (where the quiz-master asks questions aloud and the teams write the answers on blank answer sheets), but we recommend that you use it as a handout round. If you buy this quiz round, we will give you access to PDF files you can download. Two of these will be for the main handout sheet - one as illustrated above, and one in a more plain format.
