Welsh Bands And Singers

This handout round is split into two separate parts. The first part features a list of 6 famous Welsh bands, along with a fact about each band in a mixed order, and the number of top 10 singles each band has had, again in a mixed order. The aim is to match up the correct facts and numbers to the correct bands. The second part of the quiz features 6 famous Welsh singers, along with a fact about each of these in a mixed order, plus a list of their years of birth, again in a mixed order. The aim is to match up the correct facts and years of birth to the correct singers.

While the information in this round could be used to make up standard question and answer rounds (where the quiz-master asks questions aloud and the teams write the answers on blank answer sheets) it is recommended that this is used in a quiz as a handout round as it is likely to keep people occupied and entertained for a reasonable length of time.
