Especially relevant if you are running a Christmas quiz, this handout round features 15 quotes from famous films set around Christmas time with the aim being to identify the films in which they appear.

There are a few fairly well known quotes or quotes which contain clues that make it fairly easy to identify from which film they are taken. This should ensure that teams can get up and running on this round quickly. There are also a number of less well known quotes, but which contain clues such as character names to help teams work out the film they come from, and there are also a number of quotes which might be rather difficult to identify meaning that teams may need to use a few guesses to complete the round. If you feel some of these quotes are a bit too difficult for your quiz, the year of release of each film is given in the answers, so you could use these to give teams added clues to make the round a bit easier.

These quotes could be used to make up standard question and answer rounds, where the quiz-master asks questions aloud, and the teams write their answers on blank answer sheets, but we recommended that they are used as a handout round.
