This pub quiz handout round features a list of 15 cocktails, along with the recipes for them, but with one ingredient missing. Choosing from a mixed up list, and ignoring five red herrings, the aim for teams is to name these missing ingredients.

For example, one clue is "Negroni - 30 ml Gin / 30 ml Sweet Red Vermouth / 30 ml ???". The ingredient that teams should choose from the list is Bitter Campari.
