This pub quiz handout round lists 15 clues to two word phrases where, for each phrase, both words are anagrams of each other. For example, the correct answer to "necessary three-sided shape" is "integral triangle".
Two different versions of this quiz are included, so you can choose which one to use. As well as one featuring clues as in the example above, another gives the number of letters in the words that make up the answer, such as "necessary three-sided shape (8)". This should make the round a bit easier if you feel the other version is a bit too difficult.
The information in this round could be used to make up standard question and answer rounds (where the quiz-master asks questions aloud and the teams write the answers on blank answer sheets), but it is presented so that it can also be used as a handout round. You can find more information on handout rounds and our recommended use for them in quizzes on our handout rounds page.
If you buy this handout round, we will give you access to pdf files you can download. Four of these will be for the different versions of the handout sheet - two each as illustrated above (with and without the number of letters in the clues), and two each in a more plain format. The final sheet will contain the answers. You probably already have everything you need to access and use these rounds in your quiz, but you might want to check our requirements page to make sure.
