Nursery Rhyme Character Anagrams

This pub quiz handout round features 15 phrases to be unscrambled to produce the names of 15 characters from nursery rhymes. A few of these anagrams should be fairly easy to solve (e.g. "Top elite pleb" = "Little Bo Peep") to make sure that all teams will get up and running quickly, but there are plenty (e.g. "Drum her bloodbath" = ???) that should keep teams puzzling over this round for a reasonable length of time.
