Names in Book Titles

This pub quiz handout round features 15 book titles, where any surnames of characters that appear in these titles have been replaced by the characters' first names, first names of characters have been replaced by their surnames, and only the initial letters of all of the other words are given. The years the films were released are also given, and the aim for teams is to come up with the proper titles.

For example, the correct answer to the clue "T. T. M. Tom (1955)" is The Talented Mr Ripley.
