Lyrics - Duets

This quiz round features extracts of lyrics from 15 famous songs, all of which were a top ten hit for a duet. The aim for teams in your quiz is to identify the titles of these songs along with the two performers who collaborated to be the first duet to have a top ten hit with the song.

A number of these lyrics should be fairly easy to identify to get teams up and running on this round quickly, but there are a few that should keep teams puzzled and entertained for some time.

These lyrics could be used to make up standard question and answer rounds, where the quiz-master asks questions aloud, and the teams write their answers on blank answer sheets, but we recommended that they are used as a handout round.
