Pop Music Story

Another in our highly entertaining series of "story" rounds, the aim here is to make a story readable by filling in the gaps with the names of pop groups and singers!

For example the text "after a bit of persuasion though, the _ _ _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ _ them to borrow some of their money" can be completed by adding in the pop group "Girls Aloud".

There are 15 gaps in total, so 15 points available and while a few are fairly easy like the example above, there are quite a few that should take a lot of puzzling over before coming to the right answer.
