This pub quiz handout round is split into four sections, all themed around US states.

The first section features photos of five famous people who each have a first name or surname that is also the name of a US state. The aim for teams in your quiz is to name these states.

The second section features five phrases, and for each one, the aim is to name the only US state that has none of the letters from the phrase in its name.

In the third section, the aim is to name five US states from "say what you see" picture clues.

The final section features extracts of song lyrics that contain the name of a US state, and the aim for teams is to name the songs they are taken from.
